Here’s a list of all the things I’m doing to heal myself.  I shall add to the list as needed!

  • Thinking before I move and changing my approach as needed
  • Asking for help more often (with moving loads)
  • Bending over 90 degrees or sitting down when I cough, sneeze, blow my nose
